From a 35mm color slide to an inkjet print

Website dedicated to inkjet printing based on scanned 35mm slides .

We cover problems of color calibration, resolution, how to obtain the best prints on paper and important issues such as fidelity and archival permanence. On the artistic side, we show how to achieve a maximum effect with just two or three colors.

The site is intended for photographers, graphic designers, digital artists and other independent creators who may own a desktop inkjet printer but would like to see their work in a larger format, e.g., for publication, drum-scanning for offset reproduction, exhibition presentation or perhaps in a limited fine-art edition. It is independent of any manufacturers, organizations or publishers.
